THE GRACE MOVEMENT

The Grace Movement was born through the incredible women Kathleen met while building Grace by Kathleen Weatherford.

It embodies what makes Grace more than just a jewelry brand—it is a mission, a mindset, and a community. Before entering the jewelry industry, Kathleen spent 15 years building a successful career in the insurance world, specializing in hospitality. Jewelry began simply as a creative outlet and a hobby. With a lifelong love of fashion and especially jewelry, she started creating pieces she had always imagined but could never quite find. To her surprise, when she wore those pieces, women began asking to buy them. Encouraged by her husband, Kathleen made the bold decision to leave her corporate career and pursue jewelry full-time.

Coming from a male-dominated industry, selling jewelry to women was unfamiliar territory. What she never expected was that the greatest gift of this new journey would not be building a business—it would be the women she met along the way. As women gathered around jewelry, something beautiful happened. Shopping became more than selecting pieces. As customers layered, stacked, and styled their jewelry, conversations naturally unfolded. Time and again, the same theme emerged: women are often their own harshest critics.Those conversations led to a simple but powerful realization—if giving grace to ourselves is so difficult, how can we fully extend grace to others? The more layers that were added, the deeper the conversations became. Through stories of triumphs, struggles, dreams, and imperfections, Kathleen discovered that true beauty is found in authenticity. It is through authenticity that we create deeper connections with one another. From those conversations, The Grace Movement was born.

Inspired by Kathleen’s love of Texas, years as a vendor in Round Top, and the opening of a second store location there, the Duchess became the symbol of the movement. Created alongside a dear friend and talented artist, the Modern Day Duchess represents the woman of grace. She is strong yet kind. Confident yet humble. Resilient through every season. Most importantly, she has made a vow to live by one simple principle: Grace for self. Grace for others. Always. Our jewelry serves as a daily reminder of that mission. Every piece is designed with meaning and inspired by faith, resilience, connection, and the beauty found in both polished and imperfect moments. But The Grace Movement extends far beyond jewelry.It is a growing community of women who believe in lifting one another up, embracing authenticity, pursuing adventure, and creating lives rooted in purpose rather than perfection.
